My name is Hoai-Huong, and I have been a practicing registered nurse since 2004. In 2016, I earned a Master of Science in Nursing Education. My professional path has led me through emergency and trauma care, mental health and psychiatry, and academia, working with both pediatric and adult populations. From an early age, I knew I was called to care for others in ways that truly matter.

Like many, my path has also included deep personal challenges. I survived emotional, mental, and physical trauma, and for many years I searched for ways to heal. While therapy, medications, and doctor visits offered temporary relief, I often felt something deeper remained untouched. That search eventually led me to Reiki and vibrational sound healing. These practices opened a doorway for me; not just to survive, but to thrive.

I believe trauma and stress can affect every layer of who we are. They may cloud our ability to feel joy, peace, and connection. Healing, to me, is about honoring the whole person; mind, body, and spirit to support the natural harmony that lives within us.

While I value the role of science and medicine in healthcare, I also know the importance of caring for the emotional and spiritual body. As a Reiki Master, mindfulness practitioner, and sound healer, I hold space for both. My vision is a world where science and spiritual healing complement one another, rather than stand apart.
